【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesrequirementsforthehandling,transportation,andstorageofHFC-227eaencounteredindistributionthroughbothcommercialandmilitarychannels.ItisintendedtoensurethatHFC-227eaishandled,transported,andstoredinsuchawaythatitsphysicalpropertyvirtuesarenotdegraded.Transportmaybebyvariousmeans,suchas,butnotlimitedto,highway,rail,water,andair.1.1Thispracticecoversguidanceanddirectiontosuppliers,reclaimers,purchasers,andusersinthehandling,transportation,andstorageofHFC-227ea.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:1.1Thisguidedescribesproceduresforobtaininglaboratorydataconcerningtheadverseeffectsofatestmaterialaddedtodilutionwater-butnottofood-oncertainspeciesoffreshwaterandsaltwaterfishesduring28to120-day(dependingonspecies)continuousexposure,beginningbeforehatchandendingafterhatch,usingtheflow-throughtechnique.Thisguidewillprobablybeusefulforconductingearlylife-stagetoxicitytestswithsomeotherspeciesoffish,althoughmodificationsmightbenecessary.1.2Othermodificationsoftheseproceduresmightbejustifiedbyspecialneedsorcircumstances.Althoughusingappropriateproceduresismoreimportantthanfollowingprescribedprocedures,resultsoftestsconductedusingunusualproceduresarenotlikelytobecomparabletoresultsofmanyothertests.Comparisonofresultsobtainedusingmodifiedandunmodifiedversionsoftheseproceduresmightprovideusefulinformationconcerningnewconceptsandproceduresforconductingearlylife-stagetoxicitytestswithfishes.1.3Theseproceduresareapplicabletoallchemicals,eitherindividuallyorinformulations,commercialproducts,orknownmixtures,thatcanbemeasuredaccuratelyatthenecessaryconcentrationsinwater.Withappropriatemodificationstheseprocedurescanbeusedtoconducttestsontemperature,dissolvedoxygen,andpHandonsuchmaterialsasaqueouseffluents(seeGuideE1192),leachates,oils,particulatematter,sediments,andsurfacewaters.1.4Thisguideisarrangedasfollows:1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecifichazardstatementsaregiveninSection6and9.
