【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsfortowercranes.ThisEurcopeanStandardappliestotowercranesforconstructionwork,whichareeithererectedbypartsorselferectingcranes.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttotowercranes,whenusedasintendedandunderconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards(seeClause4).ThesignificanthazardscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardareidentifiedinClause4.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverhazardsrefatedto:—theliftingofpersonsbythetowercraneitself;—theclimbingsystem.TherequirementsrelatedtoElectromagneticcompatibility(EMC),thespecifichazardsduetoexternalinfluenceonelectricalequipment,potentiallyexplosiveatmospheresandionisingradiationarenotcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletotowercraneswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisEuropeanStandard.
