【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesessentialrequirements,rangesofapproval,testconditions,acceptancerequirementsandcertificationfortheapprovaltestingofwelderperformancefortheweldingoftitaniumandzirconium.Thisstandardappliestotheapprovaltestingofweldersforthefusionweldingoftitaniumandzirconium.Thisstandardisintendedtoprovidethebasisforthemutualrecognitionbyexaminingbodiesforapprovalrelatingtowelders'competenceinthevariousfieldsofapplication.Testswillbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththisstandardunlessmoreseveretestsarespecifiedbytherelevantapplicationstandardwhentheseareapplied.Duringtheapprovaltesttheweldershouldberequiredtoshowadequatepracticalexperienceandjobknowledge(testnonmandatory)oftheweldingprocesses,materialsandsafetyrequirementsforwhichheistobeapproved.InformationontheseaspectsisgiveninAnnexA.Thisstandardisapplicablewhenthewelder'sapprovaltestingisrequiredbythepurchaser,byinspectionauthoritiesorbyotherorganizations.Theweldingprocessesreferredtointhisstandardincludethosefusionweldingprocesseswhicharedesignatedasmanualorpartlymechanizedwelding.Itdoesnotcoverfullymechanizedandautomaticprocesses(see5.2).Thisstandardcoversapprovaltestingofweldersforworkonsemi-finishedandfinishedproductsmadefromwrought,forgedorcastmaterialtypeslistedin5.4.Thecertificateofapprovaltestingisissuedunderthesoleresponsibilityoftheexaminerorexaminingbody.
