【摘要】:TheFederalOccupationalSafetyandHealthAdministration,in29CFR1910,designatesthatcertaingasesandvaporsmustnotbepresentinworkplaceatmospheresatconcentrationsabovespecificvalues.Thispracticewillprovideameansforthedeterminationofairborneconcentrationsofcertaingasesandvaporsgivenin29CFR1910.ApartiallistofchemicalsforwhichthispracticeisapplicableispresentedinAnnexA1.Thispracticealsoprovidesforthesamplingofgaseousatmospherestobeusedforprocesscontrolorotherpurposes(2,23-25).1.1Thispracticecoversthedetectionandmeasurementofconcentrationsoftoxicgasesorvaporsusingdetectortubes(1,2)recommendedbytheACGIH,andtheirmeasurementrangesareprovidedin.Thislistisgivenasaguideandshouldbeconsideredneitherabsolutenorcomplete.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
