【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforthedesignincludingrawmaterials,calculation,manufacturingincludingcompositematerials,andtestingofseamlessGlassReinforcedPlastic(GRP)pressurevesselswithprotectivelayer,usingonlymulti-directionalfilamentwinding,madeinafactoryandforuseabovegroundandforstorageandprocessingoffluids.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversvesselssubjecttopressuresbelow20MPaandtemperaturesbetween–30°Cand120°C.ExcludedfromthisEuropeanStandardaretransportationvessels,doublewallvessels,vesselsundernegativepressure,vesselswhicharesubjectedtotheriskofexplosionorfailureofwhichmaycauseanemissionofradioactivity.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsrelatingtothematerials,construction,performance,packagingandlabellingofsootherholders(seeB.1).Itincludestestmethodsforthemechanicalandchemicalrequirementsspecified.AllproductsthatareintendedtoconnectasootherforbabiesandyoungchildrenwithanyotherproductareincludedinthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtoprovidesafetyrequirementsforsootherholderswhicharegenerallycomprisedofastrapwiththeholderatoneendwhichretainsthesootherwhilsttheotherendhasaclaspthatattachestothechild’sgarment.WhereasootherholderhasbeenclassifiedasatoyorconsideredtohavesignificantplayvaluethenthesootherholderwillhavetomeettheessentialsafetyrequirementsfortoysasstatedintheToyDirective(88/378/EEC)inadditiontothoseinthisEuropeanStandard.Theadditionofdecorationsorprovidinganimalshapedfastenersshouldnotautomaticallymakethesootherholderatoy;howevertheadditionofatoycomponenttothesootherholderwillrequirethatboththesootherholderandthetoymeettheessentialsafetyrequirementsasstatedintheToyDirective.WherethereisdoubtconcerningclassificationofasootherholderasatoythenadviceshouldbesoughtfromanEUToyNotifiedBodyortheMemberState’sCompetentAuthorityfortoys(seeB.2).
